| What is SimbaNET VISP? |
SimbaNET offers a unique solution to those wanting to start ISP service – the “virtual” ISP or VISP Programme. A virtual ISP is a front end that only performs the marketing and sales function but which appears to others as a stand-alone full service ISP. With a virtual ISP, there is no need to install servers, modem banks, routers or switches, neither is there need to hire employees to support such equipment. |

The need to lease space, procure telecom lines and buy bulk bandwidth is also eliminated. Simply put, a virtual ISP runs on someone else’s network yet appears to the world (including your customers) to be your network. |

Franchisee Program |
Under the program SimbaNET authorizes a person or company to carry out the business of providing Internet services to customers of a specified territory. The franchisee (with whom the agreement is being made) under agreement with the franchisor (SimbaNET) agrees to carry on the business, utilizing the know-how and rights which SimbaNET has agreed to provide. |

Resellers Program |
Under this program, SimbaNET authorizes a non-exclusive organization to resell specific services as may be availed by the company from time to time, within a specified region in the Continent of Africa.
